of our own personal journey.
We had visited the Algarve many times over the years and often wondered, “Wouldn’t it be great to live in Portugal?” Seven years ago, we took the plunge and made that dream a reality. Three months later, our worldly belongings were packed into a container and crossing the Atlantic. We have never looked back!
My background is in Interior Design while my partner’s specialty is Commercial Real Estate. Together, our expertise allowed us to search for the right property for ourselves. We were able to see the full potential and resale value, which allowed us to make a well calculated investment. As we researched properties for ourselves, we began to see many other good investment opportunities. These ranged from small vacation homes to investment development projects and we found that proposing these opportunities to people who were looking for these different options became a natural process.
We began to work within our network of clients and soon began to receive referrals due to our knowledge, service and access to otherwise unknown properties. We accompany our clients through every aspect of the process, adjusting our services according to their needs. We are a full service company who can find the property of your dreams, assist you in the purchase and legal requirements and then help you with the final design, including sourcing all furnishings, finishings and those special touches that make a house a home. We know what’s involved when moving to a new country and purchasing a property to either live in or for investment opportunities.

Our combined skills in project management, home decor, as well as real estate, were essential with our first project - a rundown village house – that later became our show home. We help people envision the possibilities of improvement, plan the renovation costs, and assess the resale value once it’s completed, to make sure it is a wise investment.
Since many of our clients live abroad, we manage their projects personally, being available to address all their concerns.
